New Members Orientation Course
Welcome to the starting point for becoming part of In Christ Fellowship!
Our New Members Orientation (NMO) course—titled “Rooted and Grounded”—is the first step to membership at ICF and designed to help you get connected, grow in your understanding of what you believe, and why you believe it. We want you to discover how God has uniquely gifted you to serve in the Body of Christ.
This orientation isn’t just a formality—it’s a foundation. Over the course of about 4 to 5 weeks, you’ll walk through a carefully crafted workbook that unpacks our core beliefs, mission, and vision. You’ll also learn more about how our church is structured, what makes our approach to teaching unique, and how you can get involved in meaningful ways.
Whether you’re new to faith, exploring church membership, or ready to go deeper in your walk with Christ, this class will equip you with the clarity and confidence to move forward.
What to Expect:
- A 4 to 5 week class led by Pastor Curt or a trained leader
- An interactive workbook: “Rooted and Grounded”
- Opportunities to ask questions, share your story, and meet others
- A clear understanding of what it means to be “in Christ”
- Direction on how to take your next step in the life of the church
By the end of this course, you’ll not only know what you believe — you’ll also understand where you fit in the bigger picture of God’s plan for the Body of Christ and how your life can be used for His glory.
